The Diamond Casino Heist is a two-to-four-player GTA Online finale with setup work that the leader can complete alone. Rockstar's official heist page confirms the three approaches: Silent & Sneaky, The Big Con, and Aggressive. New players should start with The Big Con because the correct disguises reduce the amount of shooting and give the crew a clear route through the building.
You must own an Arcade before you can host the job. Meet Lester at Mirror Park, buy an Arcade from Maze Bank Foreclosures, and complete its setup mission. Rockstar's original launch article shows how the basement planning area, support crew, practice equipment, and access-point photos work. The Casino Penthouse is not required to host the heist.
Players still building their account should compare the Arcade with the properties in the GTA Online Businesses Guide. The Casino Heist finale cannot be completed solo, so do not buy the Arcade only for a solo money routine.
Set Up the Casino Heist Correctly
Scope the Casino carefully on the first run. Photograph every entrance you find, including the security tunnel under the racetrack, the sewer tunnel, roof doors, terrace doors, side doors, and the main entrance. The maintained GTA Base Casino Heist reference confirms that the Arcade setup costs GTA$25,000 after the property purchase and that the finale supports two to four players.
The vault-content mission must be repeated for every heist. Cash, artwork, and gold can appear during normal play. Diamonds are event-only and should never be promised as a normal target. The preparation reference separates required equipment from optional work such as patrol routes, security passes, Duggan Shipments, reinforced armor, and exit disguises.
Always get Level 2 security passes. They remove several keypad hacks outside the vault. Patrol routes make guards visible on the map, and Duggan Shipments reduces enemy armor and weapons. Duggan Shipments is most useful for Aggressive or for a stealth crew that expects mistakes. Power drills are optional and usually waste vault time unless the crew has already cleared the main target.

Best Approach, Crew, and Exit
For the first clear, choose The Big Con, use the Gruppe Sechs entry disguise, and complete a NOOSE or firefighter exit-disguise mission. Gruppe Sechs lets the team reach the vault floor without fighting. Leave before the gas fills the vault, change disguises in the laundry area, avoid the main lobby, and move away from the Casino before taking a civilian car to the buyer.
Silent & Sneaky is a good second approach after the team knows camera positions, guard paths, and the fingerprint hack. Use suppressed weapons and coordinate every paired guard. Aggressive is easier to understand but causes more damage to the take when players are shot. The sewer entrance and reinforced armor make Aggressive more manageable for a less experienced crew.
Choose the cheapest gunman and driver that provide equipment your plan can handle. Spend more on the hacker because extra vault time directly affects how much the crew can collect. Paige Harris is a strong default if the leader owns a Terrorbyte. Avi Schwartzman gives slightly more time but requires destroying all 50 Signal Jammers. Practice the fingerprint hack before the finale instead of learning it while the timer is running.

Payouts Under the July 2026 Rules
Rockstar changed repeat-activity payouts with the July 2026 Kortz Center update. The official July 14 announcement says the first completion of an activity each week receives its strongest payout, while repeated completions pay less. Rockstar did not publish one permanent Casino table in that announcement, so the figures below were checked on July 27, 2026 against the current GTA Base listing.
Normal base targets: Cash is GTA$1,480,500, artwork is GTA$1,645,000, gold is GTA$1,809,500, and event-only diamonds are GTA$2,303,000 before deductions.
Hard Mode targets: Hard Mode adds 10 percent, bringing the listed gross values to GTA$1,628,550 for cash, GTA$1,809,500 for artwork, GTA$1,990,450 for gold, and GTA$2,533,300 for diamonds.
First weekly completion: The maintained July 2026 table applies a 1.86 multiplier to the current target value for the first weekly completion. The planning-board amount is still reduced by Lester's fee, hired crew cuts, player shares, and any cash lost while escaping.
Treat every payout number as time-sensitive. Check the current Newswire and the latest official title-update notes before changing a published table. Weekly bonuses, guaranteed targets, and future balance updates can change the result without changing the heist route.
For a solo alternative, use the Cayo Perico Solo Guide. For the rest of the current property and income order, return to the GTA 5 Complete Guide. Casino runs are most consistent when two players agree on the approach, crew cuts, vault jobs, and exit before launching the finale.
