These terms explain the rules for accessing Pixel Twelve, reading our coverage, using reader accounts, participating in community comments, and using the public website.

Section 01
Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using Pixel Twelve, you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies linked from the site, including the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.
Section 02
About Pixel Twelve
Pixel Twelve is an entertainment media website covering video games, movies, anime, television, streaming, geek culture, gamer technology, entertainment business, reviews, guides, and related editorial topics.
Section 03
Editorial And Informational Content
Pixel Twelve publishes news, commentary, analysis, reviews, guides, reference pages, and opinion. Our content is provided for general information and entertainment.
Entertainment details can change quickly. Release dates, ratings, platforms, store availability, cast information, game features, prices, and other details should be checked with official sources when timing or accuracy is important.
Section 04
No Professional Advice
Pixel Twelve content is not legal, financial, medical, investment, technical, or professional advice. Readers should not rely on Pixel Twelve as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
Section 05
User Conduct
You may not use Pixel Twelve to interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, evade safety controls, scrape or copy content at scale, upload or transmit malicious code, impersonate another person or Pixel Twelve staff, submit unlawful or abusive material, expose another person's private information, or use accounts, comments, or contact paths to harass, mislead, scam, or spam others.
Section 06
Reader Accounts
When community accounts are available, you must use accurate sign-in information that you are authorized to use. Your account email remains private. Pixel Twelve assigns a unique public username when the account is created, and you may change it later subject to availability and the Community Guidelines. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated account.
A reader must affirm that they are at least 13 and accept the Community Guidelines, these Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy before creating an account. Pixel Twelve does not request a date of birth in the current account flow. Do not create an account or publish a comment if you are under 13 or if applicable law, a parent or guardian, or the sign-in provider does not permit you to use the feature.
A signed-in reader may save stories or guides, follow guide hubs, mark supported game chapters or objectives complete, and give games a personal rating. Saved items, follows, game progress, and each reader's rating history remain private account tools and may be changed or removed by the reader. Viewing a page or guide does not change game progress.
A game page may show the combined community average and rating count. Submitting, changing, or removing a rating updates that public aggregate. Pixel Twelve does not link the aggregate to an account identity. When only one rating exists, the public average will equal that score. One authenticated account contributes no more than one current rating to a game.
Pixel Twelve may restrict or remove access to an account when reasonably necessary to address abuse, impersonation, security risk, repeated rule violations, or legal obligations. When the account tool is available, a signed-in reader may submit an account-deletion request in the product. The request is reviewed and processed manually; submitting or administratively accepting it does not itself delete the account or its data. Email hello@pixeltwelve.com remains a fallback for deletion requests and follow-up.
Section 07
Community Comments
Reading approved comments does not require an account. Publishing a comment requires a verified Pixel Twelve reader account and a public display name.
All comments are reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication, immediate review, or permanent availability. Pixel Twelve may approve, reject, unpublish, or remove a comment under the Community Guidelines, these terms, or applicable law.
Do not post personal details such as an age, real name, email address, phone number, school, precise location, account credentials, or another person's private information. Mark meaningful story or game spoilers clearly before discussing them.
Section 08
Intellectual Property
Pixel Twelve names, branding, original writing, page design, layouts, and other site materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, republish, sell, modify, or distribute Pixel Twelve content except as allowed by law or with permission.
Third-party names, logos, screenshots, game art, trailers, platform names, movie titles, anime titles, studio names, publisher names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for editorial identification, reporting, criticism, commentary, or informational context.
Section 09
User Submissions And Contact Messages
If you submit a comment, tip, correction, feedback, partnership inquiry, press material, or other message to Pixel Twelve, you are responsible for the material and for having the right to share it.
You keep ownership of your original submission. You grant Pixel Twelve a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate, and distribute the submission as reasonably needed to operate and present the Pixel Twelve service. This license ends for material Pixel Twelve deletes, except for limited copies retained for security, legal, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You allow Pixel Twelve to review, respond to, store, and use submitted information as reasonably needed for editorial, business, legal, safety, moderation, or operational purposes.
Section 10
Moderation, Reports, And Removal Requests
Pixel Twelve may moderate community participation to protect readers and keep discussions useful. Moderation decisions may consider context, safety, privacy, spoilers, repeated behavior, and the Community Guidelines.
When community reporting is available, a signed-in reader may report an approved comment in the product. A report starts a review; it does not automatically hide or delete the comment. To report a comment by email, request removal, follow up on a report, or appeal a moderation decision, email hello@pixeltwelve.com with the page URL and enough detail to identify the material. Do not repeat sensitive personal information in the report.
Anyone may submit a notice about material they believe is illegal without creating an account through the Report Illegal Content page. The notice path explains how to identify the material, provide supporting information, receive a decision, and request reconsideration.
Pixel Twelve may preserve limited records of a report or moderation decision when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Section 11
Third-Party Content And Links
Pixel Twelve may link to or reference third-party websites, social platforms, stores, trailers, embedded media, studios, publishers, streaming platforms, or other services. Those services are not controlled by Pixel Twelve, and their own terms, policies, prices, availability, and practices apply.
Section 12
Advertising, Sponsorships, And Affiliate Disclosure
Pixel Twelve may publish advertising, sponsorships, affiliate links, sponsored editorial, social campaigns, or brand-supported content. Sponsored or commercial relationships should be labeled clearly when they affect how content is presented. Editorial views should not be hidden behind commercial relationships.
Section 13
Corrections And Content Updates
Pixel Twelve may update, correct, expand, remove, or revise content at any time. Corrections may be made to improve accuracy, reflect new information, clarify language, update links, or address rights and sourcing concerns.
Section 14
Disclaimers
Pixel Twelve is provided as available. We work to keep the site useful, accurate, and accessible, but we do not guarantee that every page will be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Section 15
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixel Twelve, Blanc Media LLC, and their representatives are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of the site, inability to use the site, third-party links, or reliance on content.
Section 16
Indemnity
If your misuse of Pixel Twelve, violation of these terms, or submission of unlawful or infringing material causes a claim, demand, loss, or expense, you may be responsible for the resulting costs to the extent allowed by law.
Section 17
Changes To Terms
Pixel Twelve may update these Terms of Use as the site, business, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Section 18
