Report Illegal Content

Include only information reasonably necessary for us to locate and assess the material. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, private account credentials, or unrelated personal information.

If the notice concerns private or sensitive information, describe the issue without unnecessarily repeating or redistributing that information in the email.

Pixel Twelve will acknowledge a sufficiently complete notice to the contact address provided, review the identified material, and communicate the decision when contact information is available. We may ask for clarification when the material or legal concern cannot be identified from the notice.

A notice does not automatically remove content. Pixel Twelve may restrict, remove, preserve, or take no action on material based on the information available, applicable law, safety, rights, and the Terms of Use. We will explain the main reason for the decision when legally and operationally possible.

Reply to the decision email if you want Pixel Twelve to reconsider it. Identify the original notice and explain the factual or legal information you believe was missed. Reconsideration does not guarantee a different result.

If someone faces an immediate threat of serious harm, contact the appropriate local emergency service first. Then send Pixel Twelve the exact URL and only the information needed for us to locate the material quickly.

For spam, harassment, spoilers, privacy concerns, account deletion, or other community issues that are not an illegal-content notice, follow the Community Guidelines or email hello@pixeltwelve.com with the page URL and a concise description.
