Spoiler warning: this guide covers the Lana storyline through July 25, 2026, including the 2024 and 2025 seasonal quests, their endings, and major character reveals.
The Lana lore began as a strange secret behind the nail desk and grew into a story about doubles, captivity, a hospital, lost memories, and an antagonist named Agamemnon. Some parts are shown directly in quests and dialogue. Other parts are only implied, and the community has built theories around the gaps.
The Short Version of the Lana Story
Lana is the nail technician associated with the Dress To Impress salon. Early 2024 diaries and hidden spaces suggested that the Lana players saw was not always the real one. The story then established that the real Lana had been held away from the main game while a duplicate took her place.
The three-part Halloween 2024 quest turned those clues into a playable storyline. Players follow Lana’s past through her childhood home and the Home of the Doves medical center, survive Nurse Julie’s chase, confront Lina, and free Lana. The ending reveals that Lina is not the only danger: the shadowy Agamemnon is connected to the larger plan.
Later seasonal stories expanded Agamemnon’s role and gave Lina more history. The 2025 Halloween quest, Book 1: The Black Raveness, looks further into Lina’s past and the manipulation behind her actions. The story is still open, so any claim that fully explains Agamemnon’s final plan goes beyond what the game has confirmed.
Lana, Lina, and the Main Characters
Lana
Lana is the center of the mystery and the character players are repeatedly asked to find or save. Her diaries introduced the idea that she had been replaced, while the 2024 quest shows parts of her childhood and treatment at Home of the Doves. Completing the final chapter returned her to the salon during that event.
Lina
Lina first appears as a replacement at the nail station and becomes the boss of the Halloween 2024 finale. The later Black Raveness story adds context to her past and her connection to Agamemnon. That context does not erase what she does, but it changes her from a simple replacement villain into a character who was also manipulated.
Agamemnon
Agamemnon is the larger antagonist behind several seasonal stories. He appears after the Lina fight, threatens Lana, and later returns through the Winter and Valentine quests. His name and dialogue use Greek-mythology references, but DTI has not confirmed every connection that fans draw from those references.
Nurse Julie and Home of the Doves
Nurse Julie is the threat that chases players through Chapter 2 of the 2024 Halloween quest. The medical center connects Lana’s personal history to the darker experiments and records hidden around the map. Secret symbols and rooms added more clues when the quest returned in 2025.
The Black Raveness, Nelly, and the older story
The Halloween 2025 quest moves into a story about the Black Raveness and characters connected to Lina’s past. It shows Agamemnon using trust, fear, and a magical necklace to control events. Nelly becomes important near the ending. The quest presents these scenes as history that explains the current conflict, not as a complete ending to Lana’s story.
Lana Lore Quest Order
The cleanest order is release order. Seasonal portals can disappear, so the list below separates the story order from current availability.
1. Early clues and the Summer 2024 Meat Room
The April Fools 2024 diary and later hidden-room clues set up the replacement mystery. These are not full quests, but they explain why players became suspicious of the nail technician and started following Lana outside the normal runway loop.
2. Halloween 2024 Lana Lore Quest
- Chapter 1 — Beginning: search Lana’s childhood home and follow the first major memories and clues.
- Chapter 2 — The Cage: enter Home of the Doves, collect map pieces, and escape Nurse Julie.
- Chapter 3 — Transcendence: navigate the final maze, fight Lina, free Lana, and see Agamemnon’s warning.
The quest originally ran in 2024 and returned during Halloween 2025 with additional hidden lore and a secret Nurse Julie outfit. It is not active in the Summer 2026 version checked for this guide.
3. Winter 2024 Quest
This three-part holiday story shifts focus to Santa and the North Pole, but it belongs after the Lana rescue because Agamemnon is again the larger threat. The conclusion makes his reach feel bigger than one salon or one seasonal portal. The quest returned during Winter 2025 and ended again in February 2026.
4. Valentine’s 2025 Quest
The two main chapters continue the conflict through Cupid’s realm and the power of love, with Agamemnon interfering along the way. Chapter 1 awards Chronicles of Love, Chapter 2 awards The Shattered Binds, and a secret potion route awards Forbidden Truth. The quest returned in February 2026 but is no longer active.
5. Summer 2025 Scarlet Quest
Scarlet’s pirate story is a connected side adventure rather than a direct Lana rescue chapter. Its different endings and treasure-hunt rewards expand DTI’s quest world, but players can understand the central Lana-Lina conflict without treating Scarlet as the next piece of the main plot.
6. Halloween 2025 — Book 1: The Black Raveness
This is the most important follow-up for Lina. It explores an older life, the Black Raveness, and Agamemnon’s manipulation. Play it after the 2024 quest so Lina’s earlier role and the later revelations land in the intended order. The Halloween 2025 event has ended.
7. DTI x Flee the Facility
The January 2026 collaboration sends players into a hidden dungeon beneath Freeplay to save Lana. It is best treated as a side quest because it uses another Roblox experience’s setup and does not replace the main seasonal storyline.
8. Lana’s Apartment
Lana’s apartment arrived in Freeplay in March 2026 with interactive objects, secrets, and small hints. The official update note describes it as a roleplay location, not a quest. Explore it after the earlier stories, but do not expect chapter objectives or a full ending.
Can You Play the Lana Lore Quests Right Now?
No full Lana lore quest is active in the Summer 2026 update as of July 25, 2026. The live Summer notes focus on Brazil-themed items, the Freeplay map, Daily Login rewards, and a Style Showdown refresh. Lana’s apartment may still offer environmental hints, but it is not a replacement for the removed quest chapters.
Seasonal quests have returned before, so an old portal can come back in a future update. Wait for an in-game announcement or an official DTI post before assuming a return date. Videos of an old quest do not mean the portal is live in your current server.
What Is Confirmed and What Is Theory?

- Players visit her childhood home and Home of the Doves.
- Lina is fought during the rescue and has a deeper past shown later.
- Agamemnon connects several seasonal stories and remains unresolved.

Reasonable implications, not final answers
- The repeated doubles and past-life imagery suggest identity and reincarnation are central to the story.
- Greek references around Agamemnon may point to a larger mythology, but DTI has not mapped every game character to a mythological figure.
- Hidden rooms and secret dialogue can foreshadow later quests, but a visual clue is not proof of a release date or final villain plan.
Community theories
Fans connect colors, names, statues, diary phrases, and background characters across updates. Those theories are part of the fun, but they should be labeled as theories until a quest, official dialogue, or developer statement confirms them. A theory becoming popular does not make it canon.
Lore Rewards and Missing Quests
Quest rewards can remain in the Dressing Booth for players who unlocked them even when the portal is gone. That does not make the original quest obtainable. The 2024 Lana quest awarded its chapter set, later returns added secret Nurse Julie pieces, and other seasonal quests had their own item rewards.
