Two normal 99 Nights in the Forest codes are consistently listed as working on current August sources: forestwakesup26 and afterparty. Together they provide 30 Diamonds, while forestwakesup26 also provides three random Flames. A separate chat phrase, yay fishing, may still give two Diamonds, but its status is disputed and it does not go in the normal code box.
Working 99 Nights in the Forest codes
forestwakesup26 — 15 Diamonds and three random Flames.
afterparty — 15 Diamonds.
Both normal codes were cross-checked on August 26 against PC Gamer’s August 23 update and the current community code table. Codes can expire without a fixed public deadline, so redeem them before beginning another run.
Special phrase with disputed status
yay fishing — reported reward: two Diamonds while actively fishing.
PC Gamer and the Fandom code table still list the fishing phrase, while another August 23 source pass moved it to expired. Pixel Twelve has not labeled it as a confirmed working code because that conflict cannot be resolved from the normal redemption menu. It costs nothing to try during a fishing trip, but do not count the two Diamonds in your class budget until they appear.
How to redeem normal codes
- Launch 99 Nights in the Forest and remain in the matchmaking lobby.
- Select the Diamond or Gems icon in the lower-left menu, or speak to the currency NPC.
- Open the currency shop and choose the blue Codes button in the lower-right corner.
- Paste one normal code exactly as shown above.
- Select Submit and check that the Diamonds or Flames were added before entering a run.
Redeem forestwakesup26 and afterparty separately. The special fishing phrase will not work in this box because it uses Roblox chat during a run.
How to try the yay fishing phrase
- Start a solo or multiplayer run.
- Upgrade the campfire to Level 2 so the fishing area can be reached.
- Find the Fishing Shack and pick up an Old Rod.
- Cast the rod at a fishing hole and remain in the fishing action.
- Open Roblox chat, type yay fishing with the space, and send the message.
- Look for two Diamonds to drop or appear. If nothing happens, the phrase may be expired or already used on that account.
Expired code
happyhalloween — previously awarded 10 Candy and is now expired.
Keeping the expired entry prevents repeated attempts with an event reward that no longer belongs to the live rotation. A seasonal code can return under a new name, but an old event reward should not be presented as active without a fresh check.
Why is a code not working?
- The code was already redeemed once on the same Roblox account.
- The code expired after the latest source check.
- Extra spaces or a spelling change were added during typing; paste the exact text.
- The yay fishing phrase was entered in the lobby code box instead of chat while fishing.
- The fishing phrase is no longer active on the current server or account.
Do not repeatedly submit a failed code. Confirm the spelling and location once, then move on. Normal codes should add rewards from the lobby menu, while the special phrase depends on the in-run fishing conditions.
If a code fails after one clean attempt, verify where it belongs before trying it again.
What should you spend Diamonds on?
Diamonds are used for classes and talent-related progression. A new player should not spend them only because a class is in stock. Learn whether the run needs more carrying space, combat power, support, food, or exploration speed, then save for a class that fixes that role.
