A PlayStation Plus September 2026 games leak names Sniper Elite: Resistance, Chained Echoes, and Wobbly Life as the next Monthly Games. If accurate, the selection gives members a tactical shooter, a turn-based RPG, and a physics sandbox on September 1.
The report comes from Dealabs leaker billbil-kun, who says all three games will remain claimable through October 6. Sony had not confirmed the lineup when this article was prepared, so the names, dates, and included versions remain unconfirmed.
Monthly Games are available to Essential, Extra, and Premium members. They are separate from the larger Game Catalog offered only to Extra and Premium subscribers.
The leaked September PlayStation games
- Sniper Elite: Resistance — PS4 and PS5
- Chained Echoes — PS4; playable on PS5 through backward compatibility
- Wobbly Life — PS4 and PS5
Those platform notes reflect the games' current PlayStation versions. Sony's announcement will need to confirm exactly which editions are included with the subscription.
Sniper Elite: Resistance is the headline game
Sniper Elite: Resistance is the newest of the three reported games. Rebellion released the tactical third-person shooter on January 30, 2025, for PS4 and PS5 as well as Xbox and PC.
Its campaign follows British agent Harry Hawker in occupied France during World War II. The story runs parallel to Sniper Elite 5 and sends Hawker to work with the French Resistance against a Nazi weapon program. Players can use long-range sniping, stealth, traps, or direct combat, and the campaign supports solo and cooperative play.
Chained Echoes brings a turn-based RPG

Chained Echoes released in December 2022. Created by Matthias Linda and published by Deck13 Spotlight, it follows a group of heroes trying to end a war between three kingdoms on the continent of Valandis.
The game uses turn-based battles without random encounters and lets the party fight on foot or in Sky Armor mechs. Its PlayStation Store version is listed for PS4 and can run on PS5 through backward compatibility. The reported subscription addition is the base game; players should not assume its Ashes of Elrant expansion is included unless Sony says so.
Wobbly Life adds local and online co-op

Wobbly Life is an open-world physics sandbox from RubberBandGames. Players complete jobs, missions, and mini-games to earn money for houses, vehicles, pets, and clothing while exploring Wobbly Island.
It supports solo play and cooperative sessions for up to four players, both online and through local split-screen. The current PlayStation release includes PS4 and PS5 versions. General cross-platform multiplayer between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC is not supported.
When will Sony confirm the September lineup?
The report says Sony is expected to announce the September lineup on Wednesday, August 26. The reported claim window begins Tuesday, September 1, and ends Tuesday, October 6.
Until the official announcement appears, regional availability and included editions can still change. Members should use the PlayStation Store listing in their own region as the final check before downloading.
Claim the August games before September
Before the PlayStation September games arrive, members should add August's Monthly Games to their libraries. The current selection is Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis.
A game does not need to be installed before the deadline. Adding it to the library preserves access while the PlayStation Plus membership remains active. Pixel Twelve will update this article when Sony confirms the September lineup or changes any part of the report.
