Fisch Noiseform Quest Guide: Skycrest Wish and Requirements

Noiseform is listed as a Wish of the Sky option after Fisch’s September 5 Skycrest update. The wish starts the rod’s quest; it does not give you a completed Noiseform immediately.

The developers confirm a limited-time opportunity with Ryusei at the Sanctuary. That changes the advice for players who missed Noiseform’s original event: check the wish menu before treating the rod as permanently unavailable. This update is based on the launch notes and reported wish flow, not a completed in-game Noiseform test.

Visit Ryusei at Skycrest’s Sanctuary and check the Noiseform quest option before collecting old quest items.

Can you still get Noiseform in Fisch?

Your next step depends on whether you need a new quest or already own the rod:

• New players: use the Skycrest wish entry point if Noiseform is offered in your menu. Selecting a wish starts a quest, so be ready to complete its requirements.
• Unrestricted owners: you can keep using the completed rod. Noiseform Mastery requires you to own it first; Mastery does not unlock a new copy.
• Restricted copies: reports after the August 29 removal described missing or unusable rods. The Skycrest launch notes do not explain whether a new wish restores old progress or repairs an existing Restricted copy.
• Quest reference: the original Mysterious Shadow and Awakened Witch checklist remains below. Compare it with the quest given by the wish before spending rare items; the complete returned Noiseform route has not been tested for this update.

How to start the Skycrest Noiseform wish

Skycrest moved on September 12 and now floats between Moosewood and Tidefall, behind Moosewood. Sail to the island’s waterfalls and swim up one to reach it. The old pink-clam route through Fischfest 2 and its waterfall coordinates no longer apply.

The reported entry process is:

1. Speak to the Keeper of the Sky near the island entrance and complete the introductory Echoes of the Idols quest: finish an Ancient Idol’s first trial and catch 10 fish at Skycrest. Return to the Keeper to complete the quest before trying the wish system.
2. Find Ryusei, the Limited Time Wish NPC, beside the blue crystals at Skycrest’s Sanctuary. Use that landmark rather than the old pre-move GPS coordinates.
3. Complete all five trials from a single Ancient Idol, then return to Ryusei. Trials completed across different idols do not combine toward this requirement.
4. Choose “I am ready,” then the wish option. Select Noiseform if it appears and read the quest before confirming.
5. Complete the resulting rod quest. Do not expect selecting the wish to place a finished rod in your inventory.

The developer calls the opportunity limited-time but gives no exact closing time in these launch notes. The original quest below is a preparation reference, not confirmation that every objective and inventory edge case is unchanged.

Former Fisch Noiseform quest: full route at a glance

Before Noiseform left on August 29, the full route had six main parts:

1. Start a Cursed Storm at the Shady Bazaar and activate the cyan candles.
2. Complete three collections for the Mysterious Shadow.
3. Receive the Restricted Noiseform.
4. Reach Hawaii, trigger a Cursed Storm, and catch a Compact Disc with the Restricted Noiseform.
5. Use the disc at the 1913–2013 grave in Hades' Underworld and complete the obstacle course.
6. Finish the Awakened Witch final collection, receive the Corrupted Disc, and return it to the Mysterious Shadow to remove the restriction.

This is not a beginner rod. Some objectives depend on late-game areas, high-tier rods, rare mutations, and catches that take time even with the right setup. If your equipment is still developing, use the Fisch rod tier list to decide which upgrades will help first.

What the former Noiseform quest required

You do not need every final item in your inventory before speaking to the Mysterious Shadow, but preparing the important tools saves a lot of travel and waiting.

Try to have access to:

• The Shady Bazaar, Hawaii, and Hades' Underworld of Indefinite.
• At least two ways to trigger a Cursed Storm. A Cursed Storm Totem activates the event directly. An Aurora Totem can also trigger one, but the current community reference lists only a 20% chance.
• The rods or enchants needed for the exact catch conditions in Quest 3.
• Glitched Potions for the final Bloop Fish and Scylla requirements.
• Enough money for Appraisal and supplies. The Fisch money guide can help if the final collection drains your C$.
• Useful bait for difficult catches. Check the Fisch bait guide before using rare bait on the wrong fish.

Keep every quest fish in your inventory until the game accepts it. Similar names, the wrong mutation, or a correct fish caught without the required rod condition may not count.

How the former Fisch Noiseform quest started

Go to the Shady Bazaar and wait for a Cursed Storm. During the event, several candles around the Bazaar become highlighted in cyan. Hold the interaction button on every highlighted candle.

The candles can appear near the fishing-rod shop, companion shop, bait vendor, black-market area, and the end of the building near the quest NPC. Continue checking the whole Bazaar if the quest does not unlock after the first few candles.

When all required candles are active, go to the balcony at the end of the building where the Bait Dealer is located. Speak to the Mysterious Shadow to begin the first collection.

If the Shadow does not respond, check two things before leaving:

• The Cursed Storm must still be active.
• Every cyan candle must have been activated.

Mysterious Shadow Quest 1 requirements

The first collection asks for two rare catches:

• Blossomed The Kraken or Blossomed Ancient Kraken.
• Sunken Megalodon or Sunken Ancient Megalodon.

The mutation is part of the requirement. A normal Kraken or Megalodon will not work. The accepted Ancient variants are useful alternatives, but they still need the correct Blossomed or Sunken mutation.

Community routes commonly use Verdan Oath for the Blossomed Kraken and Dead Man's Rod for the Sunken Megalodon. Treat those as preparation tips, not replacements for the quest text. The item you hand over must match the name and mutation requested by the Mysterious Shadow.

Return both catches to the Shadow before moving to Quest 2.

Mysterious Shadow Quest 2 requirements

The second collection asks for:

• Soultouched Styx Angler.
• Jackpot Shimmering Silverside.

These are two different mutation checks. Catching the right species without Soultouched or Jackpot will not complete the objective.

The Styx Angler is the harder catch for many players. Community routes use the Hades Scythe to obtain Soultouched. The Shimmering Silverside is commonly caught with the Random Rod because of its Jackpot effect. Bring the finished catches back to the Shadow only after checking their full names in your inventory.

Mysterious Shadow Quest 3 requirements

Quest 3 has one collection objective and one catch-condition objective:

• Return a Requies Scylla.
• Catch a Leviathan with the Tranquility Rod, or catch a Duskwire while using the Wobbly enchant.

The second line is easy to misread. You do not simply hand over any Leviathan or Duskwire that you already own. The catch must be completed with the listed rod or enchant condition so the quest can record it.

If you use the Duskwire route, make sure Wobbly is equipped before the catch begins. If you choose the Tranquility Rod route, keep it equipped through the full Leviathan minigame. Do not swap equipment after the fish appears.

Completing this stage gives you the Restricted Noiseform. It looks like the reward, but the rod is not fully unlocked yet.

How to get Noiseform's Compact Disc in Hawaii

Travel to Hawaii and trigger another Cursed Storm. A special fishing pool appears while the event is active. Equip the Restricted Noiseform and fish in that pool until you catch a Compact Disc.

Keep the disc in your inventory. You need to hold it when opening the next area, so selling it, trading it, or leaving it in storage can make the grave appear unresponsive.

The first disc only opens the hidden route. The Awakened Witch later asks for a separate Flowed Compact Disc, so do not confuse the two objectives.

Where to use the Compact Disc

Go to Hades' Underworld of Indefinite and find the grave marked 1913–2013. It is to the left of the Olympian Fissure entrance.

Hold the Compact Disc, stand close to the grave, and hold the interaction button until the teleport activates. Do not tap and release the button. The interaction can take a moment.

After teleporting, complete the obstacle course and speak to the Awakened Witch at the end. Reaching the Witch opens the final collection.

If the grave does nothing, check that you are at the grave with the exact dates, the disc is equipped, and you are holding the interaction button rather than pressing it once.

Awakened Witch: final Noiseform requirements

The Witch needs all of the following:

• Three Glitched Bloop Fish.
• One Glitched Translucent Scylla.
• One Vitalic Olympian Devil.
• One Flowed Compact Disc.
• One Shiny Shrouded Anglers Lantern.
• 70 Wisps.
• 50 Dark Wisps.

Every word matters. A Glitched Scylla without Translucent is incomplete, and a Shrouded Anglers Lantern without Shiny will not match the list.

Glitched Potions are the usual route for the Bloop Fish and Scylla. A Ghastly setup can help with Translucent, while the lantern can be improved through Appraisal until it has the required traits. The Flowed Compact Disc is another catch from the Hawaii pool, not the ordinary disc used to enter the grave.

A practical order is to collect Wisps and Dark Wisps while working on the rare fish. Save the exact quest catches instead of selling duplicates too quickly. This reduces the chance of finishing a difficult mutation and then discovering that the item is no longer in your inventory.

Hand the full collection to the Awakened Witch. She gives you a Corrupted Disc. Return that disc to the Mysterious Shadow in the Shady Bazaar to remove the restriction and finish the Noiseform unlock.

Noiseform rod stats and restrictions

The current Noiseform stats are:

• Lure Speed: 125%.
• Luck: 290%.
• Control: 0.
• Resilience: 65%.
• Maximum Weight: Unlimited.
• Progress Speed: +22%.
• Disturbance: +4.
• Durability: 0.

Zero durability means Noiseform cannot fish in lava, noxious fluid, or brine. Unlimited maximum weight is still excellent for huge catches, but it does not remove those location restrictions.

The zero-control stat is the main weakness. Noiseform adds other minigame effects that help progress, but the standard control bar is unforgiving when a fish moves aggressively.

How Noiseform's passives work

Noiseform combines direct progress, valuable mutations, a ghost catch, and special minigame zones.

Its current passive bonuses include:

• +15% normal progress speed and +7% forced progress speed.
• +22% fish weight.
• A 35% chance to apply Soultorn, worth 8.5x value.
• A 25% chance to apply Flowed, worth 6.5x value.
• A 35% chance after a catch to receive a higher-rarity Soultorn fish with a 1.85x weight boost. This ghost effect cannot grant Limited, Gemstone, or Seed fish.
• During some catches, three special zones appear on the fishing bar. The game flashes the correct symbol before a beam strikes. Moving the control bar to the correct zone grants 20% progress. Choosing the wrong zone reduces control by 28%.
• If you finish the catch without choosing an incorrect zone, you have a 33% chance to apply Rhythmic, an 11x mutation. Noiseform can also launch a sequence of star-beam arrows that add progress during the minigame.

Best enchant direction for Noiseform

There is no single best setup for every use. Choose enchants based on what you want the rod to do:

• Immortal and Tryhard focus on luck and progress.
• Sea Overlord and Sea Prince focus on fish weight and money.
• Starforged Spirit and Sanctified push weight and value even further.
• Wormhole and Invincible are more flexible options for unusual fishing locations.

If difficult fish keep escaping, prioritize stability instead of chasing a bigger value multiplier. Noiseform already has excellent luck and mutation value, so fixing the part of the minigame that causes failed catches can be more useful than adding more raw profit.

Current Noiseform status and old quest problems

The Mysterious Shadow does not appear

After the August 29 removal, players reported that Mysterious Shadow was missing. With Skycrest, begin by checking Ryusei’s wish menu. Repeating the old candle setup alone is not proof that you have started the returned quest.

A fish does not count

Read the complete item name. The species, mutation, and any required rod or enchant condition must all match. Quest 3 records how the catch was made, not only what is in your inventory.

The Hawaii pool is missing

The Hawaii Compact Disc steps belong to the original route. If you have started a Noiseform wish quest, follow its current objectives and check whether it directs you to that pool before using a Cursed Storm Totem.

The grave will not activate

The 1913–2013 grave and Compact Disc instructions are part of the original unlock. Confirm that your active wish quest calls for that step; reaching the grave by itself does not confirm that old Restricted-rod progress has been restored.

The final list looks different from an old video

The September 5 official notes confirm Skycrest and the limited Ryusei opportunity, but do not publish the full Noiseform quest. Use the objectives shown in your active quest if they differ from the original checklist.

Is Noiseform still worth using?

For players who already own a fully unrestricted Noiseform, it remains a high-value rod with strong mutation chances, unlimited weight, the ghost passive, and active minigame mechanics. The later Noiseform Mastery track is also owner-only: it requires the rod first and does not provide a new route for accounts that missed the original quest.

For new players, check the Skycrest wish before ruling Noiseform out. It still involves a demanding quest rather than a normal shop purchase. Use the current Fisch rod tier list for obtainable upgrades if your equipment is not ready for that grind.
