Yolo Games Studio released version 1.0 on September 2 after reporting more than 12,000 wishlists. The premise is deliberately simple: thousands of products are scattered across a retail space, and every item must be matched to its department, category and shelf before the store can open. The scale, not a complex story, supplies the challenge.

Progress unlocks abilities that improve movement and organization. Steam names speed and carrying capacity as examples, letting players choose whether to reduce travel time or move larger batches. That gives a team room to build complementary roles without fixed character classes.
Hotfix 1.0.1 corrected two early perk problems: the +3 Stack Capacity option had granted +6, and choosing Long Reach first could reduce interaction distance. It also fixed an achievement that tracks finishing a store without using skills, so launch-day guides should be checked against the current build instead of the original 1.0 behavior.
What changed in the first hotfix?
Version 1.0.1 arrived on September 3. Time now pauses when a solo player opens the Escape menu. The patch also moved one hard-to-find Toy Store product, added a missing Supermarket area to the unstuck settings, lowered the speed threshold for grabbing moving products and adjusted how several large objects are held.
Those are targeted fixes, not a content expansion. The three-store launch structure, price and online co-op listing remain the same.
Are more stores and custom levels included?
Not yet. Two additional stores are in active development for early post-launch updates, which would expand the selection from three to five. One earlier developer post described an electronics store as a planned concept, but no release date is attached to either location.
Custom level creation and sharing are also planned for a major update and are not part of version 1.0. The developer has discussed Steam Workshop and external mod support as future work. These are roadmap items, not features a current buyer can use today.
