Nick Kroll’s next Netflix comedy takes aim at people who sell the idea of a perfect life. A Hundred Percent follows four friends in the self-improvement business—the kind who can prescribe a book, podcast or morning routine, even while their own lives are messy.
Kroll stars alongside Sam Richardson, Jason Mantzoukas and Vanessa Bayer. Kroll and Gabe Liedman wrote the half-hour series, with Liedman serving as showrunner. Filming has finished in Los Angeles.
Who plays whom?
Netflix has named the four leads, but has not revealed every lead character. It has confirmed that Mantzoukas plays Konstantine, whose estranged father Chris is played by Griffin Dunne. Chris comes back into Konstantine’s life as his son’s public profile grows.
Diane Lane plays Suzanne, a bestselling writer and self-improvement media figure. Tiffany Boone plays Abby, a new mother who eventually manages her motivational-speaker husband’s brand. Lisa Gilroy plays Jess, a movement therapist whose influencer career takes off after she writes a book about leaving a relationship.
Zack Fox plays Strick Lennon, a live streamer who competes with Konstantine and could become an ally. Johnno Wilson plays Alex, a wealthy wellness executive devoted to longevity. Those details sketch out a world where personal crises and public advice keep colliding.
When will A Hundred Percent be on Netflix?
Netflix has not announced a release date. Production is complete, but the streamer has not shared a premiere window. The character descriptions are the clearest look yet at how the ensemble fits together.
