Reasonable Doubt returns October 6, 2026 with three episodes at once. Disney says the fourth season has ten episodes in total. After the premiere, one new episode is due each Tuesday on Hulu and, for eligible bundle subscribers in the United States, Hulu on Disney+.
The legal drama left Jax Stewart and the people closest to her in danger at the end of Season 3. The new season starts after an attack shakes both her family and the newly formed Stewart Firm. Jax is also defending a loyal client caught in a growing media scandal. The firm could collapse if it cannot handle the case and its own losses at the same time.
The schedule is clear
Disney’s September 23 update supplies the part many viewers need first: three episodes arrive October 6, then new episodes come on Tuesdays. The season is ten episodes long. That means the premiere is a larger drop, not a promise that the whole season will be available on day one.
The first three seasons are already on Hulu. Disney also says Season 3 is available to all Disney+ subscribers in the United States through November 2 as part of a limited Hulu sampling offer. That promotion is not the same as full Hulu access and may vary with subscription and location.

New faces around Jax
Emayatzy Corinealdi returns as Jax. Morris Chestnut is back as fellow lawyer Corey Cash, McKinley Freeman plays Jax’s husband Lewis, Tim Jo plays investigator Daniel Kim, Angela Grovey plays assistant Krystal Walters and Joseph Sikora plays the ambitious Bill Sterling.
Durrell “Tank” Babbs joins as Eric Cropper, a wealthy R&B artist and longtime Jax client. Meagan Good plays new district attorney Regina Harris. La La Anthony is Eric’s first wife Melina, while Taylor Polidore Williams plays his second wife Brooke. Rutina Wesley joins as entertainment journalist Desiree Grant; DeVaughn Nixon and Alexxis Lemire also have new roles connected to Eric’s family and music business.
Those names matter because the new case touches the entertainment industry, the press, marriage and money at once. Disney has described the characters and the broad stakes, but it has not revealed the season’s case outcome or exactly how the Season 3 cliffhanger resolves.

The central draw remains Jax’s mix of courtroom skill, ethical shortcuts and complicated home life—not a simple weekly case with everything reset by the credits.
