Overview

Reasonable Doubt follows Jax Stewart, a Los Angeles defense attorney who is skilled in court but often makes morally difficult choices. Her work brings her into contact with famous clients, competing lawyers and intense media attention, while her marriage, family and colleagues face the consequences of her decisions. Emayatzy Corinealdi leads the cast as Jax. McKinley Freeman plays her husband Lewis, Morris Chestnut plays attorney Corey Cash, Tim Jo plays investigator Daniel Kim, Angela Grovey plays assistant Krystal Walters and Joseph Sikora plays Bill Sterling. Season 4 adds Durrell “Tank” Babbs as musician Eric Cropper, Meagan Good as district attorney Regina Harris, La La Anthony and Taylor Polidore Williams as Eric’s wives, and Rutina Wesley as journalist Desiree Grant, among others. Raamla Mohamed Hunter created and runs the series, produced by Onyx Collective and 20th Television. Hulu is the US streaming home. Season 4 begins October 6, 2026 with three episodes and then continues weekly on Tuesdays for a ten-episode season. Hulu on Disney+ is available to eligible US bundle subscribers. The first three seasons are already available on Hulu.
