Rockstar is charging $399.99 for the Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, and the game is not in the box. The official product page states that Grand Theft Auto VI is sold separately.
The limited collection is built around Macca the Gator, a fictional Leonida TV character introduced through GTA 6 marketing. Preorders are open while supplies last, with the box arriving on November 19, the same day as the game.

Why is GTA 6 sold separately?
Rockstar is selling this as a merchandise collection, not as a game edition. The official name says “Collector’s Box,” and the store adds a separate warning that the game is not included.
A standard copy of GTA 6 costs $79.99 through Rockstar’s store. Buying the game and this box brings the starting total to $479.98 before tax and shipping. The collection is not eligible for free shipping.
The matching November 19 date may make the box look like a premium game bundle at first glance. It is not. Buyers still need a separate PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S copy to play.
When does the collection ship?
