Nighthawks is available on Steam now. The vampire RPG launched on September 22, and it gives you a problem most vampires in games do not have: a nightclub that is losing money. You play a newly turned vampire trying to keep the place open while learning how the city’s supernatural community works.

The Curiosity Engine developed Nighthawks, and Wadjet Eye Games published it. The official Steam page lists PC, macOS and Linux versions. This is a single-player story game built around conversations and choices, not a co-op action game.

A vampire city with a business problem

In Nighthawks, people already know that vampires exist. You cannot just hide what you are and carry on with your old life. The club is both your job and a way into the city’s competing groups. Keeping it running means meeting people, deciding whom to trust and taking jobs that may have consequences later.

The club gives the story a clear starting point. You have a place to manage and a reason to talk to people who might otherwise avoid you. The Steam description says choices affect both the business and the wider city. It does not promise a fixed good or bad path, so you can decide how much of your new life you want to spend helping others.

How large is the story?

The official listing describes more than 800,000 words of writing and ten companions. That number tells you there is a lot to read and hear, not that every player will see every scene in one run. The game is fully voiced in English, with subtitles and interface options listed on Steam.

The screenshots show illustrated locations, dialogue choices and close views of the people you meet. They also show that Nighthawks is closer to a narrative RPG than a game about fighting through constant waves of enemies. If you want to know whether its pace works for you, the store page and official footage are worth checking before you buy.

Steam lists achievements and controller support. Price and language availability can change by country, so check your local store page for those details. There is no need to know an earlier game to begin: Nighthawks tells its own story with a new vampire. Our Nighthawks game page collects the confirmed features and more official images. The important thing is simple: the game is out, and its main draw is what you choose to do with your club and the people around it.
