Neil Patrick Harris is Becky’s next target. Quiver Distribution’s new first look at The Last Temptation of Becky introduces his character, Wilhelm Reuss, in a Nazi uniform, examining a key with the care of someone who has been waiting for it.
The 16-second “Introducing Wilhelm” teaser, released on October 1, keeps the scene tight. Harris looks inside an ornate black box, raises the key and studies it. The clip above gives him a small, pleased reaction rather than a big action sequence. That makes a useful introduction to the man Lulu Wilson’s Becky has been sent to stop.
This is the third Becky film, following Becky in 2020 and The Wrath of Becky in 2023. It takes the series beyond home invasions: Becky is now a CIA field agent working undercover in Poland, and Wilhelm’s plans are considerably bigger than the room in this preview.
What’s inside Wilhelm’s box?
The box is one of the few objects the teaser gives us time to examine. It has metal fittings and opens to reveal a long key with a circular head. Harris lifts it, bringing the object into the same shot as his face and military cap.

The teaser does not explain what this key opens. There is no reason yet to call it a weapon, a secret bunker entrance or a link to a particular scene in an earlier movie. What the moment does establish is Wilhelm’s interest in it. The contrast between his careful movements and the film’s violent premise makes the reveal feel deliberately restrained.
Harris is not shown fighting Becky in this clip. It introduces the villain separately, saving the confrontation for the film. Quiver’s story summary supplies the stakes: Wilhelm Reuss wants to start a Fourth Reich, and Becky discovers that plan while infiltrating his family.
Becky’s new assignment
The undercover job takes Becky to an inn run by Wilhelm’s family at the Wolf’s Lair, Hitler’s former World War II bunker complex. The setting is part of the story, not a claim that the production was filmed there; the movie was shot in Northern Ireland.
Being a CIA agent changes how Becky gets into trouble. In the earlier films, violent intruders disrupted her life. This time, she is going into an assignment with a purpose and discovering what the people around her intend to do.

Wilson returns as Becky Hooper. Kate Siegel is back as Agent Kate Montana, whose connection to the CIA was introduced in The Wrath of Becky. The new cast also includes Brandon Flynn, James Urbaniak and Catherine Walker. Their names are confirmed, but the short Wilhelm preview is not a guide to all of their characters.

How the three films connect
In the first Becky, Wilson’s character was a grieving teenager on a lake-house trip when escaped neo-Nazi prisoners attacked her family. Kevin James played the group’s leader. The film established a heroine whose attackers badly underestimated what she would do to survive.
The Wrath of Becky brought Wilson back opposite Seann William Scott. Becky had tried to rebuild her life with an older woman, Elena, before an extremist group attacked their home. Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote directed that sequel.
Harris continues the series’ habit of putting an actor familiar from comedy on the other side of Becky’s fight. The new teaser does not ask him to copy the previous villains. His introduction is quieter: a uniform, a box and a satisfied look at something he has acquired.

Who is directing, and when can you watch it?
*Jenn Wexler directs The Last Temptation of Becky. Her earlier films include The Ranger and The Sacrifice Game*. The Fantasia program credits Wexler and Matt Angel as the writers, with the story credited to Angel and Suzanne Coote.
The movie had its world premiere at Fantasia in Montreal on July 25, 2026. The festival lists an 89-minute runtime and identifies it as an English-language U.S.–U.K. production. That screening has already happened; it is separate from a general theatrical or home release.
Quiver’s teaser description asks viewers to save November 4. It does not identify that date as the movie’s release date, so fans should not treat it as a confirmed day to buy a ticket or start streaming. Quiver still lists the film as coming soon, and no U.S. streaming service is confirmed.
For now, the new preview gives Becky fans their clearest brief introduction to Harris’s villain. The full film details bring together the returning cast, story and confirmed festival information without spoiling how Becky’s assignment ends.
