The trailer opens as a group of robbers storms a Madrid bank at the height of the financial crisis. The robbery sets off a chain of unpredictable events, Netflix says.

The film is set in Spain in 2013. After the robbery, a getaway crash exposes secrets and betrayals that began before the thieves entered the bank.

Laia Costa, Karra Elejalde, Luis Zahera, Tamar Novas, Álvaro Cervantes and Lluís Homar lead the cast. Daniel Sánchez Arévalo directs his first thriller; Bambú Producciones made the film, with Ramón Campos as executive producer and co-writer alongside Sánchez Arévalo. Sánchez Arévalo explained why he wanted to make the film:

“I was eager to step outside my world and explore stories that hadn’t originated in my own head.”
