About the game

Beast of Reincarnation is a single-player action RPG developed by Game Freak and published by Fictions. Set in a blight-ravaged Japan in the year 4026, it follows Emma, a swordswoman who can manipulate plants, and Koo, a canine malefact who becomes her unlikely partner. Combat combines Emma's fast real-time katana attacks and parries with a command menu for Koo that slows the action while players choose his techniques. The game uses large, explorable stages rather than one open-world map and supports Story, Normal, and Hard difficulty settings.
