Xbox is testing a new reward for finishing every original achievement in a game. Mythic Achievements began rolling out to Xbox Insiders on September 29, along with new ways to track completed games.
Do DLC achievements count?
No. Achievements added through DLC or later updates are not required. Once you earn a game’s Mythic status, you keep it. You do not have to complete a new batch of achievements to hold on to the reward.

Games you already completed can count
Xbox says eligible past completions have already received Mythic status, including Xbox 360 games. You can find them in your profile’s new Gaming tab, alongside your total achievements and the next Gamerscore milestone.
How do you see what is left?
A progress bar at the top of a game’s achievement list shows how close you are. You can focus on the original achievements still missing; later additions carry an “add-on” label. Mythic completions also get a special frame in your history, and friends’ Gaming tabs show their completed games.

The September 29 announcement is an Insider preview, not a release for every Xbox player. Xbox has not given a general rollout date.
