Apple TV’s Disavowed has added Daniel Zovatto, Mia Tharia and Sonita Henry to its cast. They join James Marsden, who stars and executive produces, and Norman Reedus, who was cast earlier. The new actors’ character names and roles have not been announced.
Who are the new cast members?
Zovatto’s credits include Woman of the Hour and Station Eleven. Tharia has appeared in Klara and the Sun and September Says, while Henry has appeared in Silo and Black Cake. The casting announcement does not say how their characters connect to Marsden’s lead, Brad Griffin.
What is Disavowed about?
Griffin is a CIA case officer searching for the assassin who killed a colleague. When he is fired in the middle of the hunt, he continues on his own and pursues a $15 million federal bounty. Apple ordered the original action thriller from creators Art Marcum and Matt Holloway.
Where will it stream?
Apple TV is the announced home for Disavowed, but no premiere date has been announced. The new casting confirms who is joining the show without revealing who any of the three will play.
