Byeon Woo-seok’s agency has warned of legal action over privacy violations. VARO Entertainment issued its notice on September 19 through the actor’s official Weverse community.

This is VARO Entertainment.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the fans who cherish and support actor Byeon Woo Seok.
We deeply value the warm interest and support you continue to show our artist. To ensure that the artist and his fans can continue to share a safer and healthier environment, we would like to provide the following guidelines. We kindly ask for your understanding and active cooperation by carefully reviewing the information below.
Recently, there have been continued instances of people visiting filming locations, airports, and other places where the artist’s schedule or movements have not been officially announced, as well as instances of following the artist and his staff along their routes.
To ensure the artist's safety and protect his privacy, while also allowing filming and other activities to proceed smoothly, we ask that you refrain from visiting any schedules or locations related to the artist's movements that have not been officially designated as events open to fan participation.
In particular, we ask that you immediately stop any actions that compromise the artist's safety or privacy, including visiting or waiting around private locations such as the residences of his manager or other associates in an attempt to track his movements, or obtaining or sharing the artist's personal information and undisclosed travel details through inappropriate means.
If such actions result in violations of the artist's safety or privacy, or interfere with the normal course of work, we will collect relevant evidence and take necessary legal action depending on the circumstances. Please be advised that in cases involving repeated or serious violations, action may be taken without prior warning.
We kindly ask for your understanding of the purpose of this notice, which is intended to ensure the safety of everyone, including the artist and his fans. We will continue to do our utmost to create a safer and better environment where the artist and his fans can interact and share their support.

Byeon played Sun-jae in the 2024 drama Lovely Runner. His screen credits also include Strong Girl Nam-soon and the Netflix film 20th Century Girl, according to VARO’s official profile.
