The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered rebuilds Bethesda Game Studios' 2006 open-world RPG with new visuals, refined combat and progression systems, and modern quality-of-life improvements. Players create a character, explore Cyrodiil, close the gates of Oblivion, and choose their own route through guilds, towns, dungeons, and Daedric quests. The remaster includes the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions, plus the smaller downloadable add-ons released for the original game. It launched for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on April 22, 2025, with the Nintendo Switch 2 version following in August 2026.
