Roots of Pacha places its farming routine in an ancient community learning how to grow and process food. Gather wild plants, develop crops, fish and care for animals while contributing to the clan. New ideas lead to tools, buildings and ways of preserving what you produce.

Community development is central to progression. Your contributions help the village grow, and relationships develop through conversations, festivals and shared activities. You can form friendships, pursue romance and start a family while customizing your character, home and farm.
Exploration leads to different biomes, animals, minigames and cave mysteries. Domestication and breeding offer a separate long-term project for players who prefer caring for creatures to expanding fields. The game’s prehistoric setting changes the tools and discoveries around familiar farming activities.
Solo and cooperative play are both supported. Ideas and prophecies can be completed in any season, so missing a particular week does not mean those goals must wait for the same season next year.
