Sixteen years after the Yōtei Six killed her family and left her for dead, Atsu returns to Ezo with six names on a list. She hunts the Snake, the Oni, the Kitsune, the Spider, the Dragon and Lord Saito while crossing a broad version of present-day Hokkaido. Sucker Punch released the standalone story for PS5 on October 2, 2025.

The October 1, 2026 Complete Edition adds Echoes of Sekigahara and Most Wanted. Echoes expands Atsu’s story across 1600 and 1603. Most Wanted is a single-player combat-survival roguelike with Atsu, Oyuki, Nagato and Jin Sakai; Jin returns as a playable mode character, not as the campaign lead. Ghost of Yōtei Legends remains the separate online co-op mode.
