Netflix has set October 15, 2026, for the global streaming premiere. The film will also play selected theaters in Sweden starting October 2. The two dates are not a worldwide theatrical rollout: the earlier cinema engagement is specifically for Sweden.

Filip is turning 45 and has invited his closest friends to the lavish farm that he and his wife recently bought in northern Sweden. Their dinner plans have barely begun when a violent storm seals them inside. The longer they remain together, the harder it is to keep up the cheerful version of themselves they brought to the table.
Secrets come out and unexpected feelings take shape as panic grows. Netflix calls the film a character-driven dark comedy, so the joke is not only that everyone is trapped. It is how quickly a group of adults can turn a familiar party into a test of every friendship in the room.
Josephine Bornebusch writes, directs and stars
Bornebusch is the film’s writer and director as well as one of its performers. The ensemble includes Gustaf Skarsgård, Aliette Opheim, Filip Berg, Jonas Karlsson, Johan Rheborg, Christopher Wagelin, Sara Shirpey, Gizem Erdogan, Henrik Dorsin, Nils Wetterholm and Nicole Levin. Netflix has not used the trailer announcement to assign every character a name, so it is better not to guess who plays whom.
Sofie Palage produces for Warner Bros. International Television Production Sweden. The first-look photographs make the setting vivid: a long table and an immaculate dining room at the start, then faces that no longer look comfortable under the same roof.

Viewers in Sweden can look for the limited theatrical run beginning October 2. Netflix says the film arrives globally on October 15. The company has released the trailer and a set of official photographs, but has not announced a running time in this release.
