What is Final Interview about?

The applicants have spent a month preparing together for a group interview. Once they reach the final round, each finds a mysterious envelope containing an accusation or secret. They have two hours and five public votes to choose a single successful candidate. The setup turns the people who studied together into rivals who have reason to distrust one another.

Who is in the Final Interview cast?

Distributor NEW names Jo Yi-hyun, Kim Jae-won, Shin Seung-ho, Kang You-seok, Kwak Dong-yeon and Bae Kang-hee as the six applicants. The characters have distinct ways of approaching the same high-stakes choice: an observer, an idealist, a forceful leader, a mediator, a strategist and a perfectionist. When does Final Interview come out?

The announced South Korean theatrical date is November 4, 2026. The film is also in the 31st Busan International Film Festival’s Korean Cinema Today – Panorama program. No streaming release or availability outside South Korea has been announced, so the cinema date should not be treated as a global streaming date.
