A pickpocket enters the heart of Korea’s colonial administration as a spy, then begins to trust the interpreter who may discover her secret. That is the conflict at the center of 100 Days of Deception. The series is a fictional period spy romance set in Gyeongseong.
tvN has set the Korean premiere for Saturday, October 10 at 9:10 p.m. KST. A region-by-region international streaming release has not been established by the broadcaster material used for this guide.
What is the story?
Lee Ga-gyeong, once known for her pickpocketing, agrees to enter the Japanese Government-General of Korea on a covert mission for the independence movement. The job brings her close to interpreter Kim Tae-woong, also called Sato Hideo. His loyalties and her cover become the source of both the suspense and the romance.
The two names are important: Kim Tae-woong and Sato Hideo refer to Park Jinyoung’s same character. They are not two separate members of the cast.

Kim Yoo-jung plays Ga-gyeong and Park Jinyoung plays Tae-woong/Hideo. Kim Hyun-joo’s Yoo So-ran recruits Ga-gyeong, while Lee Moo-saeng’s journalist Yoo Philip works with the resistance. Jin Seon-kyu plays senior colonial official Sato Shinichi.
