Game Overview
Shape of Dreams is an action roguelite from Lizard Smoothie, published by NEOWIZ. Players choose one of nine Travelers and descend into the Rapids, a shifting dreamscape built for solo play or online co-op with up to four people. Memories provide abilities, while Essences modify those abilities; more than 200 of these pieces can be combined into different builds. Each Traveler has unique traits and a Constellation that grows between runs.

The game launched on Steam on September 10, 2025, and reached PS5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2 on September 17, 2026. Console players receive the first-anniversary update The Starless Path from day one. It adds the frost-wielding Traveler Cetus, six Universal Identity Memories, new story episodes, another ending and a harder final boss. Cross-play is live across platforms. The Xbox release is available through Game Pass at launch. This page distinguishes the original PC launch from the later console date.
