The story follows Soma Hoshigami, a delivery worker who becomes a half-turned human after an Anomaly attack, and Rena Hizuki, an investigator who takes him into custody as lost property. They work together to investigate Stigma patterns, a hidden cult, and the events changing the city.
Combat uses a timeline that displays incoming attacks and gives players time to pause, slow the action, queue skills, and interrupt enemy moves. Skills can be stacked for larger attacks, allowing a careful planning style or faster action once players learn the system. The game is scheduled for September 24, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Epic Games Store.
