About the game

NBA 2K27 launches worldwide on September 4, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC through Steam, and Nintendo Switch 2. Deluxe and Ultra Edition owners on PS5, Xbox Series and Steam received early access beginning August 26. MyCAREER adds five historical starting eras, the 11-chapter Fire & Concrete story and an optional co-op system in which a friend controls Running Mate Trace Miller. The game also includes MyTEAM, MyNBA, The W and Play Now, with NBA and WNBA presentation. Cross-play is supported between PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only. Several modes require an internet connection and a 2K account; local edition availability and premium-edition bonuses vary by region.
