Muramasa: Revenant Blades is Vanillaware and Marvelous's renewed edition of the supernatural 2D action RPG. It combines Muramasa: Rebirth with the four Genroku Legends stories and makes all six protagonists—Momohime, Kisuke, Okoi, Gonbe, Arashimaru and Rajaki—available from the start.

The Genroku-era stories follow people drawn into conflicts around cursed Demon Blades. Combat combines normal attacks, dashes, jumps, parries and assignable ground and aerial skills. Kisuke and Momohime forge more than 100 swords, while the other protagonists train, learn skills and create charms. Souls from defeated enemies support progression.

The package adds English voiceover, refreshed localization, up to 4K presentation on supported hardware, a Scroll gallery, Character Viewer, Replay mode and a classic mode for the Vita-era experience. It launches February 4, 2027 on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and Windows PC via Steam. Xbox, a demo, early access, cross-save, PC requirements, complete digital-edition details, hardware-specific performance targets and the full English cast remain unannounced.
