Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is a new single-player action adventure developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It follows Jordan A. Mun, a bounty hunter who becomes stranded on Sempiria, a planet whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago. The official story setup says Jordan must become the first person in more than 600 years to leave Sempiria’s orbit. Naughty Dog has been developing the game since 2020, with Tati Gabrielle playing Jordan and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross composing the score. The studio has not explained the full story, combat systems, or the role of every cast member. Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is planned for PlayStation 5. Sony’s official listing currently shows the release date as to be decided, so no launch window should be treated as confirmed until Naughty Dog or PlayStation announces one.
