God of War: Laufey

Death does not end Faye’s story in God of War: Laufey. After awakening in the Everywhen, an afterlife where gods from different mythologies compete for power, she discovers that the preparations she made to protect Kratos and Atreus are in danger. Faye must fight through that strange realm and find a way home. The game presents her as Laufey of the Jötnar: a warrior, guardian, and resistance leader whose speed, control, magic, and combat skill distinguish her from Kratos. Santa Monica Studio is developing the single-player action game for PlayStation 5, with Sony Interactive Entertainment publishing. PlayStation currently lists February 16, 2027, as the release date and describes it as a standalone story within the wider God of War series.
