Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2

Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 is a third-person co-op shooter developed by Cold Iron Studios and published by Daybreak Game Company with 20th Century Games. Up to four players join a Colonial Marines squad responding to a distress signal, then fight xenomorphs, rogue synthetics and other threats. The sequel adds deeper squad mechanics, expanded upgrades and perks, and a customizable Specialist class. PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions launched August 25, 2026. Nintendo Switch 2 was originally announced for September 29, but parent company Enad Global 7 subsequently moved that version to early 2027. The game is rated M for Mature 17+ by the U.S. ESRB on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. A September 29 hotfix addressed weapon-damage replication, starting ammo and a bot-revive crash; the EVI-87 Zvezda Plasma Rifle overheat bug remains known.
