Warning: This article contains major spoilers for Breaking Bad Season 4, including the ending of “Face Off.”
Breaking Bad is taking one of its most famous episodes out of the living room. Alamo Drafthouse will screen the Season 4 finale, “Face Off,” in select U.S. theaters on September 7, 2026, as part of Breaking Bad Day. The event is a one-night interactive screening of the existing episode, not a new movie or a continuation of the story. Collider’s exclusive report confirms the date, the theater chain, and the audience activities planned for the night.
The screening is scheduled across selected Alamo markets rather than every theater in the chain. Reported locations include New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, the Washington, D.C. area, Raleigh, the San Francisco Bay Area, St. Louis, and Springfield. Exact showtimes and remaining seats depend on the local listing, so the Alamo theater page is the place to check before making a trip.
What Fans Get With the Screening
Admission is free with the purchase of a $10 food-and-drink voucher, according to the event announcement. That voucher is redeemable and refundable at the event. The screening also comes with themed items, including a Heisenberg hat, blue rock candy, Hector Salamanca’s call bell, and a Gus Fring half-face mask.
The night is designed as a live fan event. A host in a yellow cleansuit will guide the audience, ask people to ring their bells whenever Hector does so on screen, and run a costume contest. The event coverage suggests Saul Goodman suits, Los Pollos Hermanos uniforms, and Marie Schrader’s purple outfits as possible choices. GamesRadar’s report lists the same interactive details and the participating cities.
