Black Clover Season 2

Black Clover Season 2 is the returning television anime based on Yūki Tabata’s manga and produced by Studio Pierrot. The new season begins broadcasting in October 2026 on the TV Tokyo network and other outlets. It continues the story of Asta, the only person in a world of magic who was born without magical power. Asta’s weapon is anti-magic, which can cancel other spells. The official story places the next conflict against the Dark Triad, the rulers of the Spade Kingdom who possess the power of high-ranking devils. Their invasion has already destabilized the Clover and Heart Kingdoms. Heart Kingdom queen Loropechika and Clover Kingdom Magic Knights captains Yami and William Vangeance have been taken, leaving Asta and his allies to fight for their return. The season follows Asta as he approaches forbidden true devil power while trying to recover the missing Magic Knights and keep his promise to his rival. It is a continuing TV anime season rather than a feature film or a remake of the earlier broadcast. The official site has released a main visual, a full promotional video, production materials for Asta’s Devil Union: Demon-Slasher state, and opening-theme information. Ayataka Tanemura is announced as director. Studio Pierrot remains the animation studio.
