What a Boss Wants is a Korean romance about Kwon Do-hyuk (Sung Hoon), the head of Oh Yes Entertainment. He has strict tastes, prefers classical music and avoids songs with vocals—until a woman’s voice on an album sends him looking for her. Oh Se-young plays Lee Eun-chae, who is searching for a job while also performing as an indie-band vocalist under the name Soo. MBN has scheduled the first broadcast for November 11, 2026, at 10:20 p.m. Korea time. An international streaming service has not been announced. Kang Sol directs and Nam Ji-yeon writes the adaptation of the Korean web novel and webtoon.
