Overview
Physical 100: Italy is Netflix’s Italian competition reality series, produced by Endemol Shine Italy. One hundred contestants from sports, entertainment, and online culture enter the Lingotto arena and face physical trials until one remains. The cast includes Mirco Bergamasco, Tania Cagnotto, Elisabetta Canalis, Jury Chechi, Federica Pellegrini, Alvise Rigo, and Luis Sal. Alessio Pollacci directs the series. Netflix will release Episodes 1–3 on September 11, Episodes 4–5 on September 18, Episodes 6–7 on September 25, and the finale on October 2, 2026.
