Merry Berry Love follows Lee Yoo-bin, a successful Korean spatial designer whose career collapses, and Karin Shirahama, a Japanese farmer protecting the strawberry fields she inherited from her grandfather. Yoo-bin arrives on Charo Island just as Karin prepares a long-awaited review of the strawberry variety she has developed. Their first encounter gets off to a difficult start. Ji Chang-wook plays Yoo-bin and Mio Imada plays Karin. Nam Yoon-su plays Park Geunam, a young worker at the island store, while Rinka Kumada plays Mari Mizuno, Karin’s friend and a café-and-bar owner. The series is a Japanese–Korean production from Nippon TV and CJ ENM. Nippon TV has scheduled the Japanese premiere for Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 10 p.m. JST. The broadcaster lists Disney+ for streaming and TVer for real-time and catch-up viewing in Japan. Disney+ also lists an October 7 release in South Korea.
