Far Cry

Far Cry is a live-action anthology based on Ubisoft’s game series. FX and Ubisoft say it will tell an original story rather than announcing a direct adaptation of one game. Each season is planned to use a new location and cast. Noah Hawley and Rob Mac created the series. The announced first-season cast includes Rob Mac, Lizzy Caplan, Steve Buscemi, Brendan Gleeson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Hamish Linklater, Sam Spruell, and Jamie Demetriou. Character names and plot details have not been released. The series will air on FX and stream on Hulu in the United States and Disney+ internationally. It does not have a release date.
