Practical Magic 2

Practical Magic 2 reunites Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as Sally and Gillian Owens. The sisters return to a family shaped by ancestral magic and must confront the dark curse threatening to unravel the Owens family. The screenplay is based on The Book of Magic by Alice Hoffman, continuing the story rather than remaking the 1998 film. Joey King, Lee Pace, Maisie Williams, Xolo Maridueña and Solly McLeod join Bullock and Kidman, with Dianne Wiest and Stockard Channing also returning. Susanne Bier directs from a screenplay by Akiva Goldsman, Georgia Pritchett and Kelly Marcel. Denise Di Novi, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman are the credited producers. Warner Bros. Pictures presents the movie in association with Alcon Entertainment and will distribute it worldwide. International release begins September 9, 2026. The current official site advertises September 10 in North America, while its embedded Movie metadata and the official Warner Bros. trailer list September 11; this hub retains September 11 as its formal release date and records the discrepancy instead of presenting both dates as separate releases.
