Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is a Marvel Studios film directed by Sam Raimi. Stephen Strange travels through alternate realities with America Chavez while Wanda Maximoff pursues Chavez's power. The Earth-838 Illuminati sequence includes Captain Carter, an alternate-universe version of Peggy Carter, whose brief death is discussed in Hayley Atwell's later criticism of the film.
