Yu-Gi-Oh! TAG FORCE GX is a remake of the 2008 PSP game Yu-Gi-Oh! GX TAG FORCE 3. Players return to Duel Academy, choose a partner from an upgraded cast of more than 100 characters and build decks designed for Tag Duels as well as one-on-one matches. The story follows Jaden Yuki and the later GX-era academy cast, with renewed character models, full voice work during duels and rebuilt 3D scenes for major monster summons. Konami says the game includes more than 3,800 cards, roughly 200 more than the original release, including later support connected to GX-era strategies. The card shop preserves themed packs, character partner packs and hidden unlocks such as the Noon Star pack opened with the Konami Code. Story activities include conversations and renewed minigames that develop the player’s relationship with a partner. Online Casual Match and Room Match support Tag and one-on-one duels, while a lower-pressure story difficulty is available for players focused on the characters. Gallery Mode collects scenes from the first two TAG FORCE games. Yu-Gi-Oh! TAG FORCE GX launches February 16, 2027, for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch and PC through Steam.
