Spider-Man 2 is the 2004 action-adventure game based on Columbia Pictures' film Spider-Man 2. Activision released the game alongside the movie, with versions for PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, PC, and Game Boy Advance. The main console versions put players in control of Peter Parker as he protects Manhattan from criminals and super-villains.

The game uses a free-roaming city as its main play space. Players swing from buildings, dive from rooftops, climb across the city, and travel through streets filled with pedestrians, traffic, trains, and helicopters. Web movement is central to getting around Manhattan and reaching crimes, missions, challenges, and other activities.
The story follows the film's conflict with Doctor Octopus, while the game also includes missions separate from the movie's storyline. Players can stop random crimes, protect citizens, perform heroic deeds, deliver pizzas, and fight additional Marvel villains. The design combines a licensed movie plot with an open city that can be explored between story objectives.
The main console versions carry a Teen rating, while the PC and Game Boy Advance versions were rated Everyone with violence by the ESRB. Spider-Man 2 is separate from Marvel's Spider-Man 2, the Insomniac Games title released for PlayStation 5 in 2023. The later game follows Peter Parker and Miles Morales and belongs to the modern Marvel's Spider-Man series rather than Activision's 2004 film adaptation.
