Rayman, Globox and the Teensies travel through the Glade of Dreams as dark creatures disturb its normally peaceful world. The stages move from lush forests to fiery kitchens and underwater passages. Running, jumping and landing safely are the main skills, while new abilities open different ways through the levels.

You can play alone or share the screen with up to three other players. Friends can join or leave the cooperative campaign, and the group faces the same hazards together. Collecting Lums and rescuing Electoons rewards looking beyond the obvious route. Swimming, diving and Rayman’s spinning-hair glide change how you cross gaps and search earlier stages.

Ubisoft Montpellier developed the game with the UbiArt tools, and Ubisoft published it. The original North American release was November 15, 2011 on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii. Windows PC and handheld versions followed in 2012. This page covers the original Rayman Origins, not Rayman Legends or the later Enhanced Edition.
