Marvel's Spider-Man 2 puts two Spider-Men at the center of one story. Peter Parker and Miles Morales are trying to protect New York while managing the people and problems in their everyday lives. Their paths cross with new threats, including Kraven and the symbiote that leads to Venom. You do not need to have played every earlier game to understand who the heroes are, although the story builds on their previous adventures.

You can swing between buildings, glide with Web Wings, and switch between Peter and Miles while exploring the city. Each hero has his own abilities and missions. Peter's new symbiote powers change his fighting style, while Miles uses bio-electric attacks. Outside major story missions, the map offers neighborhood activities, collectibles, and side stories that give each character more to do.
Insomniac Games developed the original PlayStation 5 release, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment on October 20, 2023. Nixxes Software later worked on the PC version, which arrived in 2025; that port is not a separate 2023 game. This ficha uses the official cover with both Spider-Men and the game logo, plus publisher-provided gameplay images.
