Kingdom Rush 6: Genesis TD is the sixth main game in Ironhide Game Studio’s tower-defense series. It sends players back to an earlier period of the Kingdom Rush world as Vez’nan’s corruption spreads. You place towers along winding paths, command heroes, use spells and try to stop each wave of enemies before it reaches the exit. It is a single-player strategy game, not a co-op game.

Ironhide says the campaign has 18 stages across three landscapes. The launch lineup includes 15 towers, 12 heroes, nine spells, more than 40 enemy types and six bosses. Two heroes can be active on a stage at the same time. The game also has a Classic Rush mode, which is separate from the main campaign and returns to a more traditional style of play. Official screenshots show bright, detailed maps with different terrain and enemy designs.
The Steam listing sets September 24, 2026 as the release date for Windows and Mac. Check the live Steam page for the exact local unlock time, price, language options and system requirements. Ironhide has also promoted mobile versions, but their regional store availability should be checked separately.
