Horizon Hunters Gathering is a cooperative action game developed by Guerrilla and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The official listing describes teams of up to three Hunters fighting machines, with solo play supported through Hunter NPCs, crossplay, and cross-progression between PS5 and PC. Guerrilla announced the project in February 2026 and ran closed playtests during the year. VGC reported in August 2026 that the live-service elements were being stripped out after poor testing feedback, with a smaller co-op game and story mode being considered. Sony and Guerrilla have not confirmed the reported redesign, and no release date has been announced.
