Gachiakuta: Breakout is Com2uS’s survival action RPG adaptation of the Gachiakuta anime. The project was originally announced under the working title Gachiakuta: The Game, and Xbox revealed the Breakout name with an extended gameplay trailer during Tokyo Game Show on September 17, 2026. The footage shows expressive 3D characters, melee attacks, a ruined battleground and a fight against Jabber. The footage is marked as in development; no specific survival or progression systems have yet been explained.

Xbox lists the game for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC in 2027 with Xbox Play Anywhere. Com2uS earlier announced plans for PlayStation 5 and Steam, but the Xbox presentation does not supply a fresh date for those versions.
