Edge of Memories

Edge of Memories is a solo action role-playing game developed by Midgar Studio and published by Nacon. The Corrosion has devastated the Astryan continent and threatens Avaris, home to nomadic peoples. Eline is an itinerant Soul Whisperer who fights its spread as it turns animals, plants and humans into dangerous forms. After a mysterious encounter, she gains a power that may help stop the disaster: the ability to control the Corrosion within her own body. Ysoris, an unlikely mentor, and Kanta, a shaman prince of a lost tribe, travel with her. The game’s official images show lush landscapes, old ruins and battles against corrupted creatures. Xbox’s Tokyo Game Show 2026 announcement says the disease will change places as the story progresses and open new paths in areas the player has visited before. The new trailer highlights Japanese voice acting, while Xbox confirms English and Japanese audio options. Nacon lists November 5, 2026 as the release date, and Xbox confirms the same day. Versions are listed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Steam. The title is distinct from Midgar Studio’s earlier Edge of Eternity; it has its own protagonist, setting and story.
