Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 sends you to defend a square Earth that has been broken apart again. Giant insects, aliens, robots and other enemies attack its cities. You rescue soldiers as you play, then choose four for your squad before heading into a mission.

The game brings together soldiers from several EDF games, including EDF 6, and has more than 100 characters to collect. You can mix their weapons and abilities to suit the next fight. Online co-op supports up to four players. The PlayStation versions also support two-player local split-screen.
YUKE’S developed World Brothers 2 for D3Publisher. It launched September 26, 2024, on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC.
