Diablo Immortal is Blizzard’s free-to-play action RPG set between Diablo II and Diablo III. Players choose a class, fight demons across Sanctuary, collect equipment and team up for dungeons and boss encounters. It launched on June 2, 2022, for mobile and PC. It is free to download, with in-game purchases; the ESRB’s Windows PC listing notes purchases that include random items.

The game continues to receive events and new activities. Its September 29–November 1, 2026, crossover with Spawn adds a free reward track, Hellspawn’s Bane survival mode, the Malebolgia Helliquary boss, the Necroplasmic Totem gem and separate shop cosmetics. The event does not change the game’s free download model.
The U.S. ESRB rates the Windows PC version M for Mature 17+, citing Blood and Gore and Violence. Mobile store labels may differ by platform or country.
